Ever wonder how the stars get the perfect red lip? Here's a couple of technical tips to help you acheive star quality red lips!
- When wearing red lipstick apply concealer and lip liner to the lips first to avoid bleeding.
- After applying one coat of lipstick blot your lips on a tissue. Then, add another coat. You may repeat this step. This will give you high impact and long lasting color.
