In the photo, the pretty girl rocks minimal makeup so the focus is on her silhouette. The key to makeup for a photo like this is sculpting not only the face, but the body as well.
My two cents: I think this is a gorgeous photo. She looks amazing. It takes a lot of guts to bare it all for a camera. Nonetheless, I just love when celebs do spreads like this and talk about embracing their flaws and letting it ALL hang out when we all know how much editing goes on before a magazine gets published, but I'm sure Ms. Keri didn't need much help if any.
